• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It seems it's not in the DSM. Here's a good video made on the publishing of a book in the USA on the topic from a researcher who suffers from high functioning depression

I can't see the video, but depression can be tricky. It can be amplified by brain chemistry, developmental experiences, present circumstances, or even diet and nutrition. It can also come in waves or be steady state.

You pretty much have to experiment on your own to see what you could do that might influence it. For example, perhaps the easiest experiment is to take a multi vitamin with minerals to see if that help[s. You might expand your diet to include more vegetables and fruit, seafood, nuts, and whole grains.

Exercise is another possibility. Being depressed generally does not help initiate something like exercises, but as a start one might make a walk around the block once each day.

Even something like getting a pet can be a management strategy.
