Discussion Hi, I Need Help please respond !

Since a child I have been suffering and going through torture I cant take it more I really cant ig one could say am a failure but I need help please I hope someone here can help me out

About me - I cant share a lot but just a little

-- I was born with cancer and hence my childhood went into hospitals

then even from a small age - I have had abusive parents extremely , I have like - fingers, hands, legs , broken multiple times by them, even back of my head at time, or my neck being snapped almost

Been sexually assulted as well when I was still a teen by a stranger -theres a lot but I cant say cuz too long sorry

theres just constant everyday thing, even at 7-9yr old I have prayed every night and begged god to do something or to help but everyday things have just gotten even worse, For years now my mental limit has been far crossed it even affects my body now - I have panic attack at times / chest heavy, cant breathe well, feeling like to throw up at random moments (not much but is there) and etc
I couldnt life my live at peace now It feels like I cant even die In peace.

Please if anyone can help me out please man just bare with me, my entire life been hell, at this point idk if God even exist or not but I just wanna rest i just want to rest i dont want to think anymore dont want to breathe dont want more pain more torture , like even just thinking i can feel my brain move a bit and so.


I have been looking into painless death or so and well I am In Japan so its hard to get those specific dose/ meds .

Currently I have been looking for helium method but again its so hard am so confused I need someone if anyone can help me, I have so many questions n such .

If anyone can then please help me out. i will wait for the responses


Like if u know any aviable easy access painless death or something or if can asnwer the helium method questions please do response

No that wont work... the torture I have well thx to that I have multiple disorders... and for some reason am the most unlucky somehow

I did try for therapy but one said - am far too gone and the other one said they are full with clients so cant have me...


I just wanna rest so if you have any idea or u can help me out please let me know.

I cant help with good methods (im still looking too lmfao) but IF you decide to try to get help "EMDR" is great for trauma, it sounds silly and like it wont work but it does. its very intensive tough and you will be easily arrigated and have extreme moodswings until your done. I have had it and my closest friend 2, only therapy thing that ever fixed something for me. worth a shot if you can do it in japan. :)

It is again so full on the rules to directly suggest a method. The best you can do is look through the resources thread and see if something there works for you. There are, however, no easy and completely painless methods. Otherwise, there would be a lot fewer of us here.

Hey thankyou for the reply , do you perhaps know about the Helium method - I have few issues and questions if u can help me with and to research them I would really appreciate it as I am not able to much cuz idk why the google / ai dont wanna answer any of it

Sorry i cant the entire life yeah I just want to rest dont wanna open my eyes again dont wanna feel like throwing up dont wanna have pain torture or anything just rest but I hope u and ur frnds have a good life .

oh okay yeah I think my dms are locked i asked cuz we dont know when the person responds here so it gets late and am having hard time

But uh so basically the first problem am facing I went through so many stores and such but I cant find any helium , argon or nitrogen

I was able to find a 35L helium but yeah.. it didnt have a pressure control so I went home to in hopes for researching n finding a way for it but even that wasnt possible

my plan was to find some regulator that can fit and normalise the pressure then use a tube to attach it to the mask and then yeah but ... no regulator comptabile for it or no one sells it and now even that only 35L helium i found was gone too so I went like 3-4 stores today big ones and couldnt find anything just all i can find is 8L / 9.5L helium those small ones ...

I dont know what to do

I am in Japan btw , please let me know if u ahve any idea
