Depression really is a roller coaster.
Today my head was full of thoughts, anxiety and worries.
I don't know if I was lucky to be able to bed rot all day or what, but I just felt like I had no strength to do anything.
Plus... lately, I've had no appetite.
When I feel a bit hungry and try to eat, I get nauseous.
I can maybe eat a couple of cookies, and then I have to stop.
What a great life
