how do I Pm you please. I am 63 and yes I am certain I want to die. I just cant physically or mentally take this 24/7 deafening tinnitus with a hammering and drilling both ears and hyperacusis so bad I cant take any noises not even tap running rain my own voice the full pressure and pain is horrific anxiety so crippling I was a really healthy happy person 2 years ago and have endured this for 2 years never a let up but its destroying me and no life I cant go anywhere as all normal sounds are too much to take but its the tinnitus I just cant take it if it was just mild moderate I could have coped lived be happy. x

I don't I cant function on any level cant even lay or relax in bed just wait take sleeping pill hope it wroks ive been frozen day this started just waiting for it to stop thinking I will sort everything out then an its just never stopped but never thought it could get as bad as it is now it was loud day it started but jet plane roaring hammering drilling its all can hear I person has to live quiet rest happy im just finished so damn ill my sharp mind is so tired I just cant take the a noise like this in my own ears the anxiety of it has caused weight loss massive hair loss body bouncing and shaking hat alone too much but id cope with it all but for the tinnitus to stop lessen I have only ever worked hard been a good person and a lovely life with so very many hopes dreams and plans still I could have taken anything on the planet but this anything x

Interesting. I have been thinking tinnitus has something to do with toxins and dehydration. I have very mild tinnitus symptoms sometimes when I wake up from a long sleep. Toxins build up while you are sleeping because your liver is focused on detoxing at night. Anyway, I noticed that drinking a lot of purified water makes it go away. I'm so sorry for those of you that are dealing with severe symptoms. I'm not sure if clean water would be enough to make yours go away but maybe it will alleviate it. Distilled water is especially good for collecting toxins. I would only drink limited quantities of distilled water though unless it has been remineralized.Edit: i was going to suggest this but reading your posts perhaps you've essentially tried this.

I think you just click on the person's name under their profile picture. A bigger window will pop up, click on their name again and then you click on the "start conversation" button on the right side of the screen. It should take you to a new page that looks like email. I haven't actually tried it yet but I think that is right. I can try to send you both a test PM.

Actually it's even easier than I thought. If you have access to PM all you have to do is click on the person's profile name, when the bigger window pops up there is a "start conversation" button at the bottom right hand corner of the window. wendydong1 I don't think you have access to PM yet. When I click on your name I am not given the option to PM you. You need to have more activity on the site before they will give you access.
