Per the protocol you can have water until two hours before taking the sn- the four to eight hours of fasting is for food.

Thanks for asking. I'm holding up well. Just hungry. I decided to grab a bite to eat and just push the time to eight hours from now ( after eat). Which moves my ctb time from 12am est to 2am... I just need to eat something. I have the room until 12pm tomorrow, which when I do it at 2am should be more than enough time for me to be dead. Other than that, I took my third meto about an hour ago. I'm less worried about being found of I do it in the early morning hours. Just been watching the Simpsons on FX. I'm content.

Don't worry about fasting/not drinking too much. Sure, it is important to follow some regime, but it does not need to be 100% according to the Stan's guide. You know your own body. Chill. Some people need to fast just for 4-5 hours. Have a reasonable amount of water.

If you review Stan's guide it says 4 to 8 hours of food fasting time, depending on how fast your body digests food- most people do 8 hours to try to give themselves their best chamce, but the guide actually says 4 to 8 hours.

Just took 600 mg of ibuprofen with was little water as possible fifteen min ago... I can feel my stomach acids dissolving the pills. Wish I could of drank more water but it's fine. I'm about to take 30 mg of meto now.
