Yes, my regular MDMA dealer was MIA, so I bought some pills from a dealer at a festival...turns out they were synthetic MDMA (PMMA) which is a hell of a lot stronger, but slower to kick in (leading to me taking more). I don't remember anything until I woke up in the medical tent a few hours later, covered in cuts and bruises. Apparently I had been seizuring on the floor. 2 people at the festival died that same day from supposedly the same thing.
