Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm starting therapy soon, I can imagine it won't fix my deepest issues though, It's like paying for a friend and I hate that though but at a point this low it doesn't even matter anymore.

I've been in therapy since I was 12 so about 9 years now. It's definitely helped I don't think I'd be alive still if I wasn't in therapy. I'm thankful that I got into it so young even though I wasn't back then.

Therapy is like dating. You have to keep sticking with it until you find "the one" or you give up after a while. I was in therapy for a bit and could not get a therapist that would do their damn job. The last one I had told me I was too challenging of a case for them. I also realized my life circumstances were most of my problem and until I changed that, all the therapy in the world would not help.

It did not really work for me but many people have had really good results. I hope it is a positive experience for you!

Nothing. I looked at all of the radical changes I would need to make and decided to choose death.

ive gone through quite a few therapists and have met 2 wonderful therapists in my life. my current one is great and gives me useful coping mechanisms and a space to talk about anything without being judged. shes also very open to talk about suicide topics with me and has expressed that suicide can always be a choice for me. shes definitely made it easier to breathe.
