Hanging spots

Conversation is too difficult, I seem to keep getting caught in the same traps, I seem to keep digging holes, I seem to encourage the same things that reinforce the same topics that make me unhappy and trap me in my issues, there is no hope for my life. I need advice on hanging spots, there may be a few trees in my neighbourhood, there is a small area of woodland around the back. What is ideal for hanging? I could use a beam in the house I live in but I'm not sure it would work, I get the impression partial hanging is more effective than full.
