im not sure when I can get actual rope, but would getting a bunch of belts, and using them all at the same time work? I'm not sure how to explain it but if you do understand, would it work?
A bunch of belts will not work as you are increasing the chance of breakage. A single belt might work depending on it's strength and the way you attach it to your anchor point. Other than actual rope robe tie, scarfs, necktie, extention cord, dog leash, bed sheet.....can also be used as a ligature material.

Belts are risky cause they can slip and come apart. Robe belts, bed sheets, blankets, scarves and extension are popular options when someone doesn't have a rope available given that they're a singular structure, meaning there's less likelihood that they'll come apart. I was lucky enough to steal a rope from a gym and not get caught.
