Method hanging with a belt on a projecting fastener

So my suicide draft looks like this:
I'm going to hang myself with a rather tight belt (I brought specifically a belt that I was very sure wasn't going to break, i brought it from a Chinese store, still not 100% sure its that good enough)
I will commit suicide via hanging the one metallic belt hole on a small localized surface chip on the wall.
Is this plan sufficient enough to go successfully?
Please forgive me for being unfamiliar or even quite vague with the description, I'm new here and I haven't mastered any methods yet and just want advice.

From your description it might be wise to make sure the fastening point sticks out more, and that the belt won't slip off. Preferably it'd be something like a hook.

Well, luckily the fastening point is a hook so I just planed that will put the last hole of the belt on the hook.
