This site is becoming frustrating. Mixed up, jumbled up information and too many unsure asking questions. That is a set up!
It's either the Blue pill (see the world as it is) or the Red pill (big Pharma).
If you truely wish to leave this existance you will find a way.
I do not wish anyone here away as I think we are the normal ones!

Do you feel that posts where people are unsure about their decision are really law enforcement or other third parties that seek to take this site down undercover baiting members into "encouraging" and "aiding" suicide? I could see a percentage of them being that.

Yeah, besides IC there are essentially NO sources available now... I was lucky to be able to order mine in the US from a third party vendor a few days ago. It's crazy how quickly all the sources became restricted.

It's wild when you see posts from people asking super simple questions like "what is SN?" Or "how do I do partial hanging?" Granted, I don't think new users can use the search option until they have a certain number of posts/comments on the site... but there is literally a pinned thread detailing most methods. I'm always suspicious when I see blatantly ignorant posts regarding methods.

But also on the internet in general people often show extreme learned helplessness. It was like it in every other for example hobby related group I ever been in. Let me google it for you is something that I was tempted to write like 50% of the time.

Ah, it's been a loooong time since I've been new so I had no idea. That makes those basic question-type posts even more questionable. Idk I feel like any adult who truly wants to end it has the fortitude to do a little research on their own and then make a post with more specific questions. I always wonder if some of these posts where people want even the most simple things broken down and explained to them are minors lying about their age or some kind of LE. I dk though maybe some folks are just really lazy.

Yeah, not only laziness, but it can be even more extreme with moderate/ severe depression and other mental/physical health issues. " Lazy suicidal" happens and yes I also sense some minor like sounding folks, though language barrier also can sound like that - some people are using google translator here non stop.

I think you're looking too deep into things. People asking questions like "what is SN" are simply wondering what SN is. It's not like they can just Google it since Sn is the chemical name for tin.

That could definitely be possible, but my take is that a lot of users have biases for whatever reason against certain methods and they only cherry pick info that supports that bias. I myself was biased against SN for a long time until I read this thread: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/testing-sn-how-to-get-to-hospital-fast.74903/

That thread allowed me to start looking into SN more objectively and now it's my chosen method.

To me, the craziest thing is the plethora of information all over the net... especially on actual western government websites (and likely many other government sites as well...I just don't speak the languages).

If anything, this site is just an aggregate of information that is widespread elsewhere, attached to a forum where people can talk about it. Hmph.

Considering this, those "super simple" questions make me a bit suspicious, as well.

my other 'favorite' "will this (obviously not item) kill me?" i literally seen someone say "i took a bunch of gummy vitamins and didnt die" or something really close to that. hmm i wonder why. or "whats otc that can kill me?" there probably should be one of those stickies at the top (the ones you click the x and it goes away) that says "otc doesnt do anything thats why its otc, plus im sure someone asked the same question 5 seconds ago" it certainly seemed that way for a bit

omfg I swear I see a "otc" post like every other day it's crazy... tbf though you can *technically* die of a Benadryl od apparently (it takes an absolutely ridiculous amount though) but you would be hallucinating and puking, having seizures, before either dying from cardiac arrest or going into a coma... not ideal. There's also caffeine od which is also very terrible. It's technically possible, just not recommended ever. Still, takes like a few quick google searches to figure that out so I dk why it's asked SO much lol
