Feedback on SN protocol?

Does everyone still follow PPH protocol for SN method?
Per the January 2025 PPH:

Sodium Nitrite Protocol

• Fast (clear fluids only) for several hours
• Take 30mg (3x10 mg) tablets of metoclopramide
• (Optional) +/- 400mg crushed propranolol ni water Wait 40 minutes
• During the weight time, dissolve 25gm of sodium nitrite in 50 - 10 ml of plain water
• Crush 20 x 30mg tablets (a full card of oxazepam) with mortar &pestle
• Mix crushed tablets with enough water until a drinkable solution is created
• Drink sodium nitrite in water
• Drink oxazepam (+/- propranolol) in water
• Lay back

Thinking of following the PPH protocol except using alpraozlam instead of oxazepam. I just ordered 200 grams SN. I am about to place an order for Meto and Alprazolam. I am an 80kg male with minor prior exposure to alprazolam.

According to this link 1mg alprazolam=30mg oxazepam. So I am going to order 20mg of alprazolam and 30mg of meto. Not sure if propanolol is really necessary but if anyone thinks it is, lmk.

Overall, can you guy critique my protocol and lmk if theres any changes I should make? Thanks

A question, the "drink sodium nitrate". How much we talking here, a full cup? 2 cups? 1liter?

This is about what I'm doing, but with a 2 day metoclopramide regimen and using a bit less benzos (diazepam) since I have 0 tolerance. Some accessories I'm adding are using a straw to drink the sn, and having a mint on hand just in case. The PPH also recommends aborting the attempt if you throw up at all. I'd rather not, so I'll just have a second serving of sn on hand in case I do vomit.
