Last night I tried to hang myself with partial but I must not have fastened it tightly enough because I woke up on the ground with the rope next to me. Unfortunately, I have to go into fucking work and there are very obvious bright red cuts all around my neck. Holy fuck I don't want to be put in a mental hospital what do I do

I hope that you don't get put in some kind of psych ward, those places sound like awful prisons, and people shouldn't have to suffer in that way just because they attempted ctb. It's such a hellish world where people even have to fear this happening in the first place.
