Ha, thanks for the DBT handbook. I can't believe it's 200+ pages. I'm in a DBT group that uses printouts from the same book. They slow drip them to us, on average 5 pages per week. I don't want to do this group for 10 months on top of therapy that's clearly not working. Good grief.
