• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

My mom wakes up at 6AM so probably it was 5 hours
What do you mean probably? You don't know exactly when you were discovered? So this is all speculation based on when mom usually wakes up? You were in hospital but never checked your ICU form?

"1. i can't find tagamet here, just Kremil-S which includes Magnesium Hydroxide 233 mg, don't know that it can be a good choice for antacid?
Otherwise, Milk Of Magnesium is the better choice for Antacid?"

Antacids containing magnesium hydroxide are considered to be a good choice.
So Mylanta or milk of magnesia may be good choices. Kremil-S may also be a good choice.

H2 BLOCKER / ANTACID :
Some people believe an antacid may be faster acting and more effective, but opinions vary. H2 blockers reduce the amount of acid your stomach makes, whereas antacid neutralises the acid already in your stomach.
H2 blockers : Tagamet (Cimetidine) / Zantac (Ranitidine), or supermarket own brands of cimetidine / ranitidine. Pepcid may also be suitable (though I haven't confirmed or researched).
Other options : Maalox, Rennie, Tums.
I'm not sure if Sodium Bicarbonate (eg Alka Seltzer), is a good choice, since it was removed from the peaceful pill handbook. The suitability of Gaviscon has also been questioned.

Note : As @Quarky00 states, they are not considered to be essential, and can be omitted.
