Venting Drifting

I've been drifting apathetically for a while now.

You got a new job? Cool.

You're going on holiday? Nice.

You're moving? Have fun.

Something awful happened? That sucks.

I'm not sure if it's the time of year, my mental illness or just general apathy, but in any case, I can't wait for it to be over.

Same here, it's like I'm numb to everything. You could tell me that I won the lottery or someone close passed away, and in both cases I'd say the right thing physically but mentally I'd be like "meh".
