I'm having to pick a specialist doctor today but I have so many symptoms that I no idea who to see even after days of research
it's been 4 mouths of no help so nhs and Is out of the question for many reasons and I'm afraid if I pick the wrong one because i won't be able to afford another one and my health is so bad rn I don't know if I'll live to actually see another one

I feel so overwhelmed with life right now there's so many things happening all at once including having to move out and my partners birthday tomorrow

Life is all just to much I just wish I could just ctb but I don't have any equipment and I know I have to at least try
Does anyone have any comforting words I really need some support
even tho this makes me feel really cringe

Don't worry, life always has a lot of situations for us to confront. Just because a lot is happening doesn't mean you can't tackle your problems. Go little by little, don't look at all of them at once, go one by one, focus and try your best. Life isn't about jumping or running to the end as fast as you can, just focus on each little step you go ahead.

Be proud of yourself, you have come a long way, even if you might look at many things as routine and mundane, each of them is an achievement. Give yourself a pat on the back, and if you need it, rest. Rest is necessary, and with so many things happening, it's natural to feel overwhelmed. Take a breath and enjoy the things around you. You have done great, moving out, having a partner, knowing to seek help, all of those are great achievements. Congrats!

And about the doctor, professionals usually know their job well, and if you have a variety of symptoms they should know which are predominant and more important to deal. But you really never know the quality of a doctor. Try to get ones with a good reviews.

There are a lot of possibilities, some of them serious. I'm not a physician, but I can make a few suggestions that you might wish to consider.

(1) A severe vitamin B12 deficiency. That can lead to a wide range of symptoms, including many of those you report. Taking a vitamin B12 supplement fixes the symptoms (but wouldn't address the underlying cause of the deficiency, if there is one). I mention this possibility first, because it's one you can easily try to fix yourself.

(2) Untreated syphilis. Syphilis has been called "the great imitator" because of the enormous range of symptoms it can produce. If you think there is any possibilty it could be, go to your local STD clinic and ask to get tested for syphilis. They will probably ask you to explain why you want to get tested. (If they start being difficult, just tell them that "a well-informed biologist you know suggested that your many symptoms might perhaps be the result of symphilis".) If it is syphilis, antibiotics will stop the progression of the disease, and may be able to reverse some of the damage it has already done.

(3) Do you drink too much? I don't think this is caused by alcohol, but alcohol can cause a lot of problems and it's easy to do a simple test. If you do drink too much, try cutting out alcohol for a while and see if it helps.

Unfortunately, there are many other possibilities, but they would require specialist investigation. The possibilities above can be investigated fairly easily.
