Discussion Does anyone else feel somewhat better when life gets worse?

So my life has been in a downward spiral for a long while now, both as a result of bad luck and poor decision-making. But thing is, a part of me enjoys it? It still makes me feel miserable but I also kinda feel good after self-destructive behavior. I don't know what this means, if it makes suicide feel more appealing, or if I'm just crazy, but yeah.

Yes I've had this lifelong problem of "enjoying" things being bad. It's like I want things to be hopeless so there's no argument about how much shit sucks. Masochism and satisfaction from self-destructive behavior. I dunno for sure what it is.

Nope I want my life to get better it just never does. Couldn't tell you the last time I had a big win hell even a small win. My life is just one constant spiral into hell despite every attempt to prevent it.
