Discussion Does anyone actually have someone to vent to/talk to?

My therapist who luckily is open with me talking about suicidal idealation. Just told her about this site today. A few online friends I talk to about it as well

No. I have friends who will tell me basic unhelpful shit. And then I have friends who say "Mental Health Matters!!" and then cut me out if I get real with them. And there are a couple who will truly understand, but they are in such dark places that I fear I'll send them spiraling.
