• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

We are our brains. When the brain stops, the person stops. I see no reason to think our consciousness will somehow teleport somewhere else without the brain.

There's a quote by Mark Twain that resonates with me. It's "I do not fear death. I had been dead for billions and billions of years before I was born, and had not suffered the slightest inconvenience from it."

I personally think there's nothing after death. But sometimes I'm not sure. This quote just helps me fear it less, I suppose.

Totally agree.
The moment the brain stop we stop to everyrthing (think, feel..etc). Also i don't like the posibility of an afterlife, it make me feels unconfortable.

No, I think that after the death there is just eternal nothingness. No consciousness, feelings, worries, just non-existence. That thought comforts me.

I believe in God and Heaven, but I'll admit sometimes I wish for nothingness.
