5'6" and balding? That's it? Not trying to make light of your situation but I wish I could send you a picture of a friend of mine. He's got to be 5'5", completely bald and a little chubby. Now, his wife is literally one of the most stunning creatures I have ever seen. Around 5'10", just gorgeous...even my wife says she is absolutely beautiful and one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Yet, no one who knows them ever says "What does she see in him?".
He is kind, funny, a hard worker and absolutely lives by the credo that he will do at least one thing a day to let his wife know that she is still the most important person in his life. I know they did not get together until they were in their mid-30's. The type of attributes he brings to the table are not what are popularized in social medial today; yet, those are the attributes that deliver "life partners" and not just a "relationship".
So, be sociable, be kind, get out there and stay off TikTok. Look for shared interests, etc. I still remember what a friend told me about relationships - look at the most beautiful girls and there are guys who are tired of being in a relationship with them. He used a much cruder term but you get the point. Looks and height can never support a long-term life together. Common interests, goals and values are the foundation of succesful relationships. So, try different things, get to know yourself first and then work on finding relationships. You're 23, indulge, travel, explore - I think you might just be surprised how many romantic interests arise when you are focussed on living.
