I dont feel like an actual person, but more like a vessel that happens to be here to observe and think about what it sees. I dont really have consequence over what happens or what is possible. Life just feels like a straight line with small paths that eventually led back into the main path of dissapointment and misery. Or even just a record that keeps on playing over and over and over again.

Very relatable. For me the observer role is the best part, I wish I could be an observer instead of a participant, but life keeps demanding action.

Do you mean to say that you don't feel like you have any sense of control over what happens to you. That you just feel like a vessel observing life go on around you and it doesn't matter what you do or dont do, that it just leads you further on a path of disappointment and misery that keeps on playing over and over again?. I do feel this way... and it's so frustrating, especially socially. It feels impossible to connect with people when you're not really engaged and in the 'observer' mode. Best I can do is a polite performance that's enough to navigate me through a social situation but leaves me deeply unsatisfied
