Do you pray to die?

I ask God for peace, nothing more.

I am not sure if God is real, I'd say I am an agnostic. And I know what i am going to say next makes me a horrible person, but I have prayed for cancer, feeling like it is actually valid to die then.

Honestly, there have been quite a few days where I've prayed to die. Even though I feel quite bad for giving up, there really is no other option. My self esteem has declined to a point where I feel honored when people take time out of their day to interact with me, even if it's just the usual insult. I truly do feel like human scum, and feel like I would be doing the world a favor by dying.
