thanks for your input, just want to clarify I am talking about antacid not antiemetic.

As I understand, antacid is not recommended last time, antiametic is highly recommended

Not necessary but there seem to be pros and cons in using it:

• Pros: absorption of SN should be increased
• Cons: it might take more time to pass out
