Could you tell if my SN protocol is good ?

Hey guys,
I fixed a date and booked a hotel. I am planning to end things on the 26th.


Here is my SN protocol :
12pm : begin fasting
1pm : First dose metoclopramide (2x5mg)
4pm : second dose metoclopramide (2x5mg)
6pm : stop drinking water
7pm : third dose metoclopramide (2x5mg) , paracetomol (1000mg)
7.30pm: antacid
8pm : sn drink

is it ok if i space my metoclopramide dose ? i am not sure how i do 30mg dose because they come in 5 mg effervescent tablets.

Looks good to me too. I know there is some debate on whether you should take an antacid as part of an SN protocol, but I think at the end of the day it isn't going to make that much of a difference no matter what.

The only other thing I'd mention is that it'd be nice to have some sedatives or benzos to take to help deal with anxiety and survival instinct. Not a requirement at all, but if you can get your hands on some I've heard they can be helpful

I don't think I can get it. would require seeing a psychiatrist and then convincing her to prescribe them to me. takes time and money which i dont have. and no surity.

I am still worried about if my SN is pure enough tho (my test results). i did not do a blood test , cuz i dont know how to get enough blood from my body. I see people who got permanently injured, kidney failure and such. I hope I don't have to live with that. If so i hope they have windows in the hospital if I get saved and i end up getting some disability.
