I shave just once a week. (Its not to achieve any kind of 'look' .I'm equally ugly with or without a beard.)
This is less often than I would have done in the past.
And it is partly because of the depression.
Depression makes you lose motivation ,self worth and think 'Why bother ?' about a lot of things.....Last edited:Wow, I didn't realize girls shave faces.... I have soft blond fuzzies where beard and mustache would be lol
I shave everything else when the hair gets annoying. Nobody sees my body anyway, so why bother super keeping up on grooming.
