Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Would the hotel or motel employees be somewhat used to finding dead people?

ב''ה, they're not very bothered. It gives them something to talk about at work or over lunch. Sometimes brings in sympathy business.

One of my attempts did occur in a mid-budget hotel. I rented the room for 3 days so I would not feel rushed. Part of me did think about the staff so I left a very large tip on the desk. Turns out they needed it because even though I obviously failed in my attempt - which is a story for another day - I did apparently end up making quite a mess between the vomit and urine. I agree they probably see it way more times than a non-hotel employee.

If you don't mind me asking, what method did you use so I can avoid it?

LOL - good on you for doing the research I should have..... Note this attempt was over 20 years ago so what I had available was a handful of Ambien which I had hoarded, coupled with a handful of Zopiclone. Mixed with approximately 6-8 Corona's. It was not overly well planned because there was less than 8 hours between me finding out that my wife was leaving and her coming into the home to start moving furniture out. I do believe it would have worked but I left my phone on to play "Hurt" and my accountant called to ask a tax question. When I did not respond coherently, he called the police and they pinged my phone. Now, SN, a rented cabin in the woods with a glass of wine and no cell service would be my preference - also no attempts during tax season.
