Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This is the shipping and it's very normal. Ukraine isn't likely to have direct flights from UK to US. So it will go from seller to the nearest airport with a flight that will go to the us for customs. It's automated the package will go where the closest fastest flight is available whether that's Germany or Denmark. Sometimes it may go more than one country before reaching its departure location.
