unfortunately a lot of those questions can be subjective depending on the method used even with SN, some folks who survived said it hurt, or that it didn't make them pass out, or that they struggled, though those cases were far less common than the successful ones. I've also heard some who survived who said they didn't experience any of that and simply fell into a peaceful sleep before they were woken up at the hospital

Thats great thanks. Where can one actually get sodium nitrite? I cant get any in the uk without having a business address and licence... for the 95% or stronger stuff. Not sure what to do?

sorry,,, obtaining SN is a lot harder these days because of those reasons, and i can't give out any sources here on the forums, i don't think the source that everyone does use can be used in the UK either but i could be wrong

Benzos aren't usually lethal. They replaced the deadlier barbiturates for anxiety. The difference in part is because barbs can cause respiratory depression & arrest. Benzos don't...

10mg it's quite a heavy dose of you're not used to it.
If you just need the anxiety to go, usually 2-5mg is better.
Over 10-15mg it really gives an awful sensation in the body and usually headache on the following day.

I use it regularly, although I much prefer Lorazepam because it has less side effects for me.

So...

Anxious? 1-2mg of Lorazepam
About to have a crisis? 5mg of Diazepam
Already in a crisis? Then go for 10mg of diazepam

I have never had it. I took 3mg of lorazopam though and it knocked me on my ass. I fell asleep at 7pm woke up at 8pm because of a call and I thought it was 8 am, i was wondering why it was dark out at 8am in the morning.
