Personally I want to leave my note posted on Facebook too for if any old friends come across my page or whatever and want to know what happened. If you want to leave a delayed social media post then you might want to check out IFTTT. I used it years ago and can't quite remember how, maybe someone else could expand on that. It's basically a service that automates many things based on triggers, can be used to post on all kinda of social media.

I'm not up to figuring it out right now but it should be relatively simple to be able to post your last message on one hidden social media, have ifttt pick up on that and then automatically post it to your public accounts x amount of time later. After signing up just type anything in the search box above to find applets that already exist that you can use.

I have no idea whatsoever how to go about that as i never used social media, but would just like to mention that you're one of the forum members i've most liked reading. Good luck to you.

Thank you, I appreciate that a lot.

I had another simpler idea, even for those who don't use tumblr it's a viable option maybe because of the post queuing option. I'm going to just link my main blog URL on other social medias, in emails etc. Then on my main blog just have a post queued for 24 hours later with my note in it.

I haven't shown really anybody it here but once I'm gone I don't care where my note or blog get shared around. It's just pictures and stuff mostly, I deleted all my text posts out of embarassment. but I suppose if you're curious about how I look or whatever, I'm sure it'll get posted here at some point.

Apparently not anymore. To be honest, nothing short of a frontal lobotomy could have got my head around the initial post about social media.
