WAITING TO DIE

WAITING TO DIE

Approximately 160, 000 people die each day.
We begin dying from the moment we are born, and begin the slow creep to inevitable death with each passing day.
Millions are commiting slow suicide on a daily basis with things like cigarettes, drugs and alcohol.
Yet they still get upset by people who ctb.
I do know why people can't just accept that some of us don't want to be here, because our lives are a form of living death.
Why can't they just accept that death is no big deal, it's just another part of this shitshow called life.

Yes, we all die eventually, why does it matter if it happens at now or 60 years later. It's coming to us all anyways....
Fuck prolifers, let us just die...

I think deep inside, everyone has some level of existential dread.
So I'd say many force themselves to deny suicide is acceptable, to validate whichever beliefs they personally cling onto to keep on going themselves

I think humans are built selfishly by evolution to survive. And I get it, people feel angry/sad when a relative dies because now they don't have the option to receive love or any help from that person because he is dead.
If they would only think about the person who committed suicide, he must have had to suffer so hard to take his own life. This kind of death should be a happy event because now that person is dead and he doesn't have to suffer anymore. But people are so brainwashed that they only look at things from their own perspective and what is best for them, not for others.

Humankind fears death beyond that which we call survival. Intellectually, we all know we will die one day but many people are in denial. Its totally illogical. We would do better if we talked openly about death which is the absolute conclusion to life instead of hiding the sick and dying away in sanitised environments. When someone dies we cry politely and grieve for ourselves... how charming.

"Well, guess what? Every life comes with a death sentence. So every few months, I come in here for my regular scan knowing full well that one of these times... Hell, maybe even today, i'm gonna hear some bad news.
But until then who's in charge? Me. That's how I live my life"

It really is like many people forget that we are all just going to cease existing anyway with how they see dying on one's own terms as being the worst thing possible. Death truly is the most normal thing, I bet that eventually most of us won't even exist in the memories of those who continue to stay here.

I just cannot stand those pro-life people who want to force people to suffer so unnecessarily, I will always hate how there is a lack of acceptance towards suicide being a valid choice especially as one cannot suffer from not existing, only the thought of ceasing to exist comforts me. People see ceasing to exist as being such a terrible thing no matter what which is absurd when all that is bad is as a result of existence.

Death is the one fundamental humiliation for man since he developed an independent and anticipiating self. As death has been a mystery ever since - Why should this one unique ego ceases to exist? Why do "I" have to die? - man invented a shitload of weird stories (religions) about immortal souls, reincarnation and all that stuff. Of course, fear of death was soon exploited in order to make people obey to fictious belief systems. And something man fears, he does not want to talk about it and goes into denial. The occasional demise of others brings us back to reality and we cry tears because we are reminded of our own mortality.

Evolution has somehow programmed us to survive no matter how bad the circumstances are. Why do people try to survive in the worst of conditions and just don´t catch the bus? In fact, in times of wars and big crises suicide rates tend to ... fall! Perhaps that genetic (mis-)programming is the reason (and curse) why we are all still here, destroying the planet, the lifes of others and finally ourselves. Until we die, we impose as much death to other living beings as possible. We are a cursed species.
