Discussion Dear men, how much do you care about abortion/reproductive rights?

Very extremely important to this older male. To the point that a political candidate whose positions and history align closely with my views ... will not get my vote because they're notionally aligned with a party with a record of withholding people's rights in this matter.

I think we should have the freedom to dispose of ourselves in any way that doesn't harm others.

I think these rights are important and necessary to have but that doesn't mean I care. I don't care all that much about anything serious though plus reproduction is something I will likely never even get to experience so I can't say it affects me much. I suppose if I could participate in the act then I certainly would care.

I am pro abortion, but this has nothing to do with politics, at least for me. I just dont want any more children born into this hell.

I care about it, just because i don't think the government has any business telling us what we can and cant do with our bodies.

Not a male but I know my son cares. There's so much talk about how men don't care about pregnancies (at least in my area). But my son was devastated when his girlfriend got an abortion without talking to him first. He knows it's her body but he truly wanted to be a father. From what I've read, his perspective is in the minority but he cares.

I think the government especially old white pro-life congressmen should stay out of the woman's right to choose.
