Its crumbly not crunchy!I always imagined it was actually very soft and creamy like Brie. I didn't know it's dry and crunchy. I would still really want to try nonetheless.

People have been known to take them apart and hang themselves with them.I'm sorry to sound so stupid here but are apricots harmful? I read somewhere the pits could be but never anything about the actual apricot?
