I have plenty of Zofran and Reglan, 3500mg of Propranolol, 3000mg of Trazadone and 125mg Klonopin (plus more sublingual tabs). I also have various doses of Elavil, Seroquel, Robaxin and other meds.

I've read that Propranolol and Klonopin are recommended/often effective meds. Will the other meds I have on hand be sufficient replacements for those typically used in combination? Unfortunately, I only have a small quantity of Elavil.

I'm 5'4" and 130lbs.

My attempt in January failed because I posted a dark poem to Instagram and someone sent the police/an ambulance to my house. So I ended up in the ICU for a week, then an inpatient program. No poetry writing this time.

I only have a small knowledge of meds but I have a feeling you will end up in the hospital again and wake up with some physical damage that could take time to heal.

Drugs aren't the best on their own. You can take a bunch, sleep for a while and wake up with an awful hangover.

If you are going to post dark you need to have an established pattern of dark.

I have a well-established pattern of posting dark. That's all I post. Me posting something light-hearted would really be a red flag. Ha! I pulled my IG account about two months ago so no one knows what I'm thinking. In the hospital, one of the sitters actually said, 'I can tell this isn't your first rodeo. You just need to be silent from now on.' I told her my life story. She got me. I don't think she was advocating one way or another, just suggesting that most people aren't going to understand me or my position.

She was right about not posting anything. It only takes one person to act on a suspicion or think something's just off enough.

Although posting light and happy to freak people out seems amusing for a while.

I wouldn't recommend taking anti-psychotics, they're brain-damaging at regular doses. However, I can't comment on the lethality of the rest of your cocktail. Something like 98% of drug OD's do not end in death, however, and do cause permanent brain damage so I'd advise against an OD.

I have a seizure disorder and several chronic pain conditions on top of mental health concerns, which I've been struggling with since childhood. I turned 50 this year. My anticonvulsants are brain-damaging and have caused my depression and SI to worsen. I got an implanted device (like a pacemaker) to help control my seizures so I could get off the meds, but it isn't controlling my seizures well enough, so I'm stuck taking drugs that leave me with memory loss and declining cognitive functioning. I take nothing for my pain, which is why I think my SI is so high all the time these days. I'll have another ketamine infusion tomorrow to turn down the volume, but the desire to plan and leave never fully dissipates.

When things are desperate,it's tempting to just grab anything you imagine might be lethal.
I had my N and antiemetics stashed away until they reached expiry date. That was when I met someone with what I regard as a far greater need than me.
After I no longer had access to the N,it was only a matter of days before circumstances forced my hand and I had to go with my plan B (Ami cocktail).
After kicking in both mine and my parents door,I was rescued although I have heart and brain issues.
I've sourced more ingredients and will do a much better job of it next time

I wouldn´t take that mix as is very unpredictable. I would only OD in drugs proven to kill like nembutal.

I just read the SN thread and it looks like that might be a better option, plus I already have the Reglan for nausea, Klonopin for anxiety, and Propranolol for tachycardia. SN is surprisingly inexpensive for a large quantity. Interestingly on Amazon, people shopping for SN are also viewing Tagamet and gelatin capsules.
