I've come to a point where I've come to terms with things not getting better. If I have a open time where no one is around, I'm going to do it. I know that hanging is going to work, and hurts relatively little when there is no drop, only kneeling. Would adding a short drop make it even more effective? I've tried it with a drop before, and it felt like my head was going to explode. Should I compress my larynx? Should the knot be on the left or the right side?
I'm either going to hang from a secure pole on my ceiling, or the secure shelf in my closet.
I'm using a bedsheet with a loop, and a knot at the end. This is called a simple noose.
Am I missing anything? How can I make things more pleasant and seemless?
