I have decided to CTB using nitrogen with a SCUBA mask. However, in my research of the various blogs, it is quite difficult to piece everything together, so I have been unable reach clarity on exactly what is required for this method. It appears that nitrogenexit.blogspot.com may have had some very useful information. However, this resource is no longer available. I would greatly appreciate any helpful responses to these questions. I live in the US:

1. I currently have an 18 CF tank of food grade nitrogen which, as I understand, should be between 98% and 99.5% purity. Is this sufficient purity and volume?
2. Are there any recommendations on a specific SCUBA mask or specific type of SCUBA mask that is reasonably priced? Most of the masks I see cost around $2,000.
3. Are there any recommendations on a specific breathing regulator or the required specifications for the regulator? I have read that an open-circuit type regulator is required. I have also read that a positive pressure regulator is required. I am not sure if these are one and the same.
4. I have a CGA 580 nitrogen regulator. What do I need to connect the SCUBA breathing regulator to this?
5. Do I need a flow regulator?
5. What pressure do I need to set the nitrogen regulator to?
6. Is there anything else I need to know?

It's funny. I work in an oil refinery with literally a million options to kill myself. Unlimited Nitrogen. 99% H2s (aka instant death). Falling from insane heights onto concrete. It I just didn't want my coworkers to deal with that. So I'm struggling to do this at home and am on partial suspension which looks like it has a 10% success rate
But I was admitted to a psych ward last week for sn and now not allowed to work

You can use: Ocean Reef Neptune III (or Ocean Reef Neptune Space G divers), Ocean Reef regulator, 5 L nitrogen, adapter for nitrogen W24.8 internal thread x 1/14"internal thread (helium: diving cylinder G 5/8" internal thread - W21.8 internal thread)

or

the equipment (Pegasus or Poseidon mask) shown in this thread:

You need to learn and research more about nitrogen gas method, right now I don't think you are ready to make a purchase, don't waste the money read more

Start from ppeh book

Then read the nitrogen mega thread

He can't use that adapter, he is not from EU.

What do I need to connect the SCUBA breathing regulator to this?
You need a DIN#13-to-CGA580 adapter to connect a DIN SCUBA regulator to a Nitrogen cylinder, but the only source of such adapters in a solid 1-piece implementation was the defunct escMode. One alternative is to use 2 adapters.

Another mask option is getting an CGA-346 SCBA and connection it to a Nitrogen cylinder using a CGA346-to-CGA580 adapter.

You can also get an EEBD hood and connect it to a Nitrogen flow regulator using an adapter.

How do I know that he is not from the EU ? I already said in other threads that there are different threaded connections depending on the country !

The references you provided do not discuss the use of SCBA with Nitrogen.
