My health failed me my reason for ctb

Are you able to get any legitimate pain meds? I was on pain meds for 10yrs but then my Dr retired and in the US it's now impossible to get opiates for any reason.

How do I get to this point? I want to ctb and have my sn but keep.backing our because I'm afraid. My life is so miserable and I am completely alone. I have no future and my past is full of pain and chaos. Why am I afraid to leave and how can I get over this and just leave?

I feel the same hv been on it for months its the fear of unknown wish it was peaceful
