Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Does anyone feel that just having a way out planned improves your wellbeing?

I feel so, certainly.

Ive been in horrible situations in my past, and if I ever find myself stuck in such a situation id like to have a CTB plan lined up and ready.

Yeah it makes me feel better. I just resigned from a job . That would have devastated me if I didn't have a plan to off myself. It kind of provides a secure bubble of protection

May i ask what your plan is? Im still working on mine, and im not sure what to include or how to structure it
Yeah sure, I'm using SN, Meto and Propranolol. I was planning to CTB within the next 2 weeks but the mental health team are actually taking me seriously now and have given me medication and I am involved with the crisis team so I'm delaying it a few months to see if I feel better and if not I'll CTB as i would have tried everything

For me, the letter feels like a coping mechanism. I keep writing and rewriting it. Sometimes I stop, then read everything and think it's bad. Now, about my CTB plan, I already have it pretty clear on how to do it.

I don't have a specific plan, but knowing I have options I can access helps me. I've narrowed down to a list of methods, discounting ones I can't access in my country like firearms or I would never do like jumping, train. My conditions for CTB are very specific, but I have no way of predicting my life so my plans make me feel a bit better.

It does, helps with the anxiety of not knowing how to act when things go not as planned. Calms down mind knowing that there is always a plan of actions for any situations.

It does help. I do not need a visa or a different passport for that type of exit. I am a fumbduck but found a method and I can when it's time.
I feel more confident and see things more clearly but stress that was caused by my boss makes me really less productive and my brain gets foggy. Feeling like I forgot how to do simple stuff.
But I just care less and it goes away fast.
Plus there is a new alternative to SN. Hope it will be verified soon.

Yeah keeping some escape option with me really makes me feel safe. My anxiety also dropped.
