Help CTB methods that dont affect your breathing?

If I where to decide to in the future a gun is not easy to get in Canada and I am very afraid of not being able to breathe I wanna just be able to think about methods and see if there are real options for me or not. I am going to try to fix things in the mean time the best I can but I wanna atleast feel like is a option also bonus points if there is a way that is quick so I dont need to think I am dying and have a chance to feel regret. I dont know what I want or need right now but I wanna know what I can do atleast.

Not recommending, but I myself had considered trains, jumping / falling off a tal building, or a bridge, and blood chokes, though I've come to terms with wanting to do fsh or drowning recently

I also have panic disorder, so I'm terrified that I might have a panic attack during the CTB. I'm so afraid because if I have to call for emergency help, I'd end up being taken to a psychiatric hospital.
