I have purchased prescription medication without a prescription in Mexico several times with no issues. I wouldn't say that I recommend it though. As for the Ketamine, you can usually get it at infusion clinics although where I live it is not covered by insurance and the course of treatment is quite expensive. If you have the means, I would suggest you do it that way.
