Method Chances of success?

I have a neurological condition that I've been fighting like hell for 3 years. I'm now bedbound and not going to get better. I've made a clear minded choice to end my suffering.

I have 600mg of oxy and 75mg of Ativan and a bottle of vodka. I know this subject has been discussed many times but does this amount carry a high chance of success with my body being very sick and weak. I also have some zophran to try to prevent vomiting.

I'm sorry life has brought you to this pont. I honestly don't know if your plan will work or not. I'm just worried if you take all your medication and survive, then will they give it to you again? We never plan on surviving of course, but sometimes pills are the best method. I was just in a thread and we were discussing OD with pills and our personal experiences. How about this. Why don't you take some time and search the results of taking pills and then see how you feel about that method.

You said you have a chronic condition. Are you able to have hospice services? What's the prognosis? Only if you're up to discussing it. If not, it's ok. Either way, we are here

The worst part is it wont kill me anytime soon. Will just turn me into a vegetable and paralyzed. I need to go while i still have some conrol of my body. I have a genetic connective tissue disoder that has turned into a neurondegenerative disease by collapsing my spine. My skull is compressing my brainstem causing things that I would never wish on any human. Its now presenting like ALS. Im 46 and can hardly move my body. Ive had 4 surgeries, spent 100k on stem cells and many orher treatments. Ive accepted that I am not going to win this and at peace. Injuat cannot auffer anymore….. Thank you for asking

I wouldnt risk it even being weak and sick the OD might just give you further neurological damage and that would be horrific

Im so sorry to hear this, I just joined this site because I'm dealing with a neurological condition as well. Loosing my business, and pretty much bed ridden. Just had my first surgery, but that is just one piece of the puzzle. No one really has an answer for what is causing my pain. I can't see myself going on like this. Problem is I can't imagine putting my amazing wife and daughter through the emotional stress if I was to CTB. But, I feel in the long run they would be better off, than having to see me suffer.

Thank you and I'm so very to hear about your condition too. I can relate you to, losing my career and having family take care of me. If I was a pet, I would have been put down long ago. It's hard to imagine that a condition so horrible can exist. I very much wish you peace.
