Chances of a successful SN delivery?

I'm from Ireland and I've been looking for an SN source (Sadly haven't found one yet) but I was just wondering what are the chances of It being discovered before delivery? What would the consequences be if found? Are international deliveries often successful?
If it's mislabelled there's a significantly lower chance of it being stopped at customs and if theres no tracking number and if you used your real address and name and no P.O box
