Venting Caught

I've been really struggling with planning due to cognitive impairment. Just last night I thought I was in the clear to secure what I needed but my wife logged into my aux email account with sasu sign up, shopping notifications, ai logins etc.

She is furious and has stopped talking to me, confiscated my money, mailbox, electronics, etc. I tried to explain that it's not an acute crisis, it's an insurance policy for if I don't recover but she doesn't get it and thinks I'm a disgusting monster. To be fair, she just wants me to stay alive because she loves me. But she doesn't understand what it is to have a severe mental illness that intellectually disables you and produces profound minute by minute suffering with no breaks.

I think I'm fucked now though. Probably gonna get institutionalized again, get forced more drugs, further cognitive impairment. Not looking forward to the nicotine detox. No way out from here boys. Stuck in the prison of my mind for good. I tried.

I wish I knew what to say that could help but I don't know. Sucks this happened and that she got so angry at you instead of trying to be understanding. One of the many, many reasons why I refuse to ever have a wife. If I had one and she did to me what she's doing to you, I'd be just as furious at her, if not moreso.

I'm sorry you have to go through this. But why can your wife access your personal Email so easily? Mine wouldn't be able to that so easily and especially not without me knowing it beforehand. Anyway, all she had to had to say once when I was really low "You need a doctor" LOL

Seems like a slippery slope. The harder you try, the more cognition you stand to lose, until you just can't figure it out anymore.

It's because I've been suicidal for a year, many mental hospital visits and I've basically given up on trying to secure any privacy at this point. Kind of feels like I've forfeit that right. I am essentially disabled and she does 99% of the work in our life so I don't feel the right to tell her no.
