Is it possible to cut my testicles out at home without dying from blood loss or shock? Asking here because there's nowhere else I could discuss it.
I feel sinful in having sexuality, and I think self-castration might ease my suicidal ideation.

Absolutely not. If blood loss doesn't kill you, a nasty case of sepsis will if you don't go to the hospital—especially considering the groin area is a hotbed for bacteria. And how you'd even go about numbing yourself enough to push through the agonizing pain is an entirely different beast.

Do not do this. This idea is neither safe nor sane. I'm not calling you crazy, but you certainly don't sound like you're of sound mind if you're seriously considering doing something like this.

Not only is it super unsafe, but castration after puberty will not guarantee a reduced sex drive.
