Does closing my car well enough to prevent any leaks, and connecting my exhaust to the interior or even burning good amount charcoal inside of it, will have a good success rate if nobody find me in the next hours ?
I read somewhere it is something painless, and I would like to leave in peace, unconscious

Hi.
The peaceful pill handbook is a wealth of info, but it's missing some critical info as well. In the CO section, it states a relatively inexpensive CO meter can be purchased easily, and it gives a link to one on amazon. That meter, and a lot of others readily available near where I live, read up to 1000ppm. In the PPH, it says to target at least 10,000ppm. What meter or detector goes that high, especially one that is relatively inexpensive? Thank you.

Edit: I did find a reference here that said a 1000ppm meter kept reading way up because it was 4 digits. That would make more sense then.

I do have another question that I have yet to find an answer for. I have access to a very small room (146 cubic feet/4.1 cubic meters) that I could use for this. But that is quite small and I wonder if the combustion of the charcoal could be snuffed out by quickly using up the oxygen in that small of a room. Is there documentation to anyone's knowledge on too small of a room size for this?

Hi, if you've made up your mind about doing this, be very careful with this method. I just got out of the hospital after attempting with the CO method in my car and may have lasting internal organ damage.

I used high quality lump charcoal with a $450 CO meter from TPI, followed @befree's (RIP) method to the T, effectively creating an airtight seal in my car with gorilla tape, using 2 charcoal grills with sufficient coal based on the interior of the car, etc. I reached 7000+ ppm (yes I know it's not 10,000+ but this should still kill within hours at the most and I was in there for 6+ hours undisturbed) which it maintained until I passed out and presumably after. Getting in the car, it was extremely hot (but not smoky, since it was only CO being produced), and I'm still having flashbacks about the few minutes I was hyperventilating in there and dousing myself with cold water to stave off the heat.

6 hours later, I woke up effectively paralyzed (I must have had convulsions in the car and paralyzed a lot of my muscles) and with intense brain fog and wasn't even able to reach the keys in my ignition, only my phone which was laying a few inches from my fingers to call my mom with a voice command.

In the hospital all my vitals were fucked and they pumped me full of oxygen with a high flow mask for a few days with a rotating CNA watching me 24/7 (yes, even as I shit). My ejection fraction was 20% at one point with severe chest pain and troponin in the thousands (like a heart attack). I may have lasting scarring on my heart that will increase my risk for heart attacks and may have to go on dialysis for my kidneys because I fucked them up so much with this (I'm in my mid 20s). Of course I was then transferred to the psych ward which is a whole nother can of worms but let's just say nothing has effectively changed since the 50s. Overall, this was an extremely traumatic experience. I'm not one who ever befor experienced PTSD flashbacks daily but now I picture getting into that car and hyperventilating with the heat daily. This experience has supremely fucked me up both mentally and physically. I may also have brain damage which can manifest in memory loss and cognition delays weeks or months down the line (stay tuned!)

Just sharing my honest experience for your guy's perusal and consideration. Thanks for reading if you made it this far.
You wouldn't survive an environment of 7,000 ppm, period, unless the concentration free fell dramatically straight after unconsciousness. I suspect you had a major leakage somewhere

My partner, who posted on here some time ago, succesfully used carbon monoxide last year, and I have been in hell ever since. I intend to follow him before the anniversary of his death as living without him is unbearable, and I will do the same as he did.

Hi, question. Almost done solidifying my method, but I wanted to ask how much charcoal I would need for a ~11m3 bathroom? More than a kilo I would assume, probably 2? And how many ppm would that produce?

I saw it mentioned in another thread that the minimum amount you need is 0.135kg per m³. Therefore, for 11m³ the minimum would be 1.485kg. But they said to use 3 to 4 times the minimum amount.

Use as much as you feasibly can without burning your house down. Use multiple containers if possible. Using too much isn't going to keep you alive, but using too little will.

Use multiple chimney starters so you can light it all at the same time. Let the thick smoke go away before moving into the room. The smoke will be very unpleasant and induce SI.

I'm in the initial stage of planning my suicide. I've been thinking of using the charcoal method inside my father's Kia Cerato car but I have a few questions, I would be grateful if you could help me by answering my questions:
1- How much charcoal would I need?
2- When exactly do I get the charcoal inside the car
3- How do I seal the car and what parts of the car should I seal?
4- How do I keep the interior part of the car from getting damaged (I want my family to use the car after I'm gone).
5- How much should I get the concentration of CO?
Sorry if there are grammatical mistakes, English isn't my first language. If there is a manual you could share, that would help.

1- How much charcoal would I need? As much as you can feasibly use without burning the car. I would say at least 6 kg
2- When exactly do I get the charcoal inside the car. You light the charcoal outside the car normally or with a chimney starter. Allow the thick smoke to dissipate before putting into your car. You don't have to let the smoke die down but if not it will irritate your eyes and sinuses.
3- How do I seal the car and what parts of the car should I seal? Use pillows or towels underneath the driver and passenger floor. Seal all dash vent openings. Put a towel over the vent near the windshield. Tape the seams of doors that you don't need to open. Tape around where the windows glass meets the seal.
4- How do I keep the interior part of the car from getting damaged (I want my family to use the car after I'm gone). Layers of bricks and a pan with water. Wait for my good bye thread soon that will detail the process I'm using.
5- How much should I get the concentration of CO? Ideally 10,000 ppm as that should kill you with in 10 minutes. If you can't sustain that high then it's about getting as high as you can and sustaining for as long as possible.
Sorry if there are grammatical mistakes, English isn't my first language. If there is a manual you could share, that would help. Just wait for my goodbye thread which will be soon. I will detail every aspect of my process. You can follow me to make sure you see it.

What I want to know is how the heck do you stand the heat? I tried to check out one night using this method and the heat was unbearable. And I was only using one tray of coals. A chimney full. And numerous posts say use more than what you need! How the heck can you stand it in the car!!??

You're right, I tried the method in my small bathroom using 2.5 kg briquettes and the heat it produced was really significant. Bear in mind that it was in the midst of the winter season, during midnight, where the temperature is at its lowest. It was maybe -5 or 0 degrees C but the moment I took the warm coals inside the bathroom and closed the door, the temperature raised substantially in a very short amount of time. I can't imagine using more than 2.5 kg of coals in less than 8 cubic meters area, neither can I imagine doing this unless the ambient temperature is closer to 0 degrees C. I'm waiting for the temperature to go down to a comfortable level before trying this again, but this time I'm going to do this in a closet room which is about 6 cubic meters in volume and easier to seal than the bathroom. I'm not going to use more than a full chimney starter (which holds exactly 2.5 kg) though, it should be enough if using a quality briquettes and the volume is no more than 8 cubic meters and is sealed as well as possible.

Your family probably won't want to use the car you died in.

A little grill, a car, tonight. Like the Parasite actor. It could work, right?

EDIT: another option is the thick grow tent I was keeping a lizard in

Hey can anyone please tell me if the heat would be too much to take? I'm thinking of doing it in the car but I'm clueless about the heat. I've read some posters say it was unbearable and they had to back out.

Seems doubtful. I can't imagine a little grill in a car beats a sauna, and those feel good.

What exact grill should i use? Or a bucket?
How to set airflow on the grill?
Can i start the fire Without chimney?
Can I use excessive amount of charcoal?
Can I put a bunch of charcoal on itself or make only one layer?
Must it be hot red glowing or just white?

Can I isolate Malawi 2 tent with duct tape in my room?
How not to burn the tent? Can i put the grill on a wooden floor? Should i use a pad?
And the grill must not be too high?
How long(minutes) before I enter the tent? 20? so totally it takes 40 minutes?
Do I have to sit and not lay down because CO lighter than air?

And I guess I dont need to use a mask when waiting and checking ppm CO concentration, so i dont suddenly lose consciousness.
How to not end up as a vegetable even if I use 10 000ppm meter?

Thank you.

-You can use a small charcoal grill. Or, you can use small metal pales.
-You can use a chimney starter(s), or you can just pile up the charcoal in a cone shape and start them that way.
-You should definitely use an amount of charcoal above the minimum required for the size of space being used.
-The coals can be on top of one another. That way the heat from all of them intensifies and helps keep a continued burn of all of them.
-Red hot is about as intense the burning gets. White hot is on the way to coals burning out. Red hot and glowing is when the most CO is released.
-You can use the Malawi tent in your room. NOBODY else should be in your house, or, if in an adjoining apartment, it's not a good idea to do it in your apartment AT ALL- you could kill someone!
-Use bricks to place the grill, or buckets, on in the tent.
-Obviously you want to keep the heat as far away from the top of tent as possible.
-Maybe wait 20 minutes to enter tent. If you have an analyzer, you'll know exactly what the ppm is.
-Shouldn't make any difference whether you sit or lay down. The CO will fully fill the tent.
-A 10000 ppm ANALYZER should have a probe you can just stick through a small hole in the tent

-Your airways connect to your lungs via both your nasal passageways and through your mouth.

-People die all the time in Winter while sleeping due to faulty furnaces and plugged-up chimneys. Their breathing is shallow then, too, when they're sleeping.

Can one not buy tanks of CO2? I am terrified of more pain and have read that you can somehow attach a mask to a tank of CO2 and go out that way. I am thinking I may need help with this.

Yeah you can buy tanks of CO. You don't want CO2. CO2 is carbon dioxide, what you exhale. Still, if you find and buy CO, you need to make sure it's pure CO, and not mixed with some other gas, as is often the case.

I've got the nitrogen setup and tank and it's very difficult to pass out from it. It rapidly feels like im suffocating and going to pass out. It's unpleasant. I've tried the charcoal in the bathroom and it was more pleasant but still not perfect. I feel like im stuck here until I get through assisted suicide in Europe or something
