Help Can you critique my method pls. SN

My order of SN arrived this morning and I was going to wait but f it. What am I waiting for.

Shopping list:
SN- 20g in water x2
Antiemetic- i am going to try and get metoclopramide but chances are I wont be able to. Is Olanzapine good enough?
Antiacid: would rennie work?
Pain killers: paracetamol

Method:
Day of ctb I won't eat.
1 hour before SN 1000g paracetamol
3x 10mg Olanzapine
3. 30 minute before sn antiacid double dose
Drink SN cup 1. If sick, drink cup 2.

I also have 20mg of benzo, not sure what it is as I have lost the label but when would be a good time to put that into the method.
I also wasn't going to test the SN. Is that extremely risky?

Meto definitely has stronger AE effects, try your best to get meto but if it's not possible, Olanzapine is good enough, make sure you take 20 mg 4-6 hours prior to SN intake ( peak plasma concentration to maximize AE effects ) and 20 mg 2-3 hours prior to SN intake ( for mild sedation ), would strongly recommend testing Olanzapine to see when the sedation effects set in for you, and adjust the time accordingly.

Would not recommend according to recent ppeh publish but if you insist, I'm curious to know why?

General rule of thumb for benzos is 10-5 mins prior to SN intake but it's really important to know which benzo you're taking, if it was 20 mg Xanax the effects would set in quicker and stronger compared to 20 mg Diazepam, please try to figure out which benzo it is and adjust timing accordingly.

If your SN is from DMC then it's okay not test as others have confirmed the high purity but it would be wise to test the purity making sure it's greater than >95%, otherwise you may risk the chance of it not working as intended.

But this is not what the PPEH protocol state, so I am confused about why you say this? From the PPEH january 2025 edition:

"Drink sodium nitrite in water
Drink oxazepam (+/- propranolol) in water"

Can I use this post to ask if there is any alternative to propranolol wich I am not able to get? I know it is optional, but would not like the racing heart stress.
