Hello, I bought my SN about 3-4 years ago on Amazon. I got the Primperan online as well at the time too.
I know I need to fast 8 hours before and that SN is 25g. Is 25g=2 tablespoons? How much water do I drink? Can someone share threads with SN timetables? I have seen a few but they vary.
The one I was most interested in was these 2 different schedules. I don't understand why the medications were taken at different times for both schedules… can anyone explain or offer ideas?
I mostly just need a general schedule or a by hour schedule to follow.
Example 1:
1) 9pm - Light meal of say bread and banana or cereal etc - No more food after this - Take 1 tablet of Metoclopramide
2) 3am - Last 200ml glass of plain water, Take 1 tablet of Metoclopramide, No more water after this
3) 8am - Take two tablets of paracetamol and two tablets of ibuprofen with minimal water
4) 8.30am - Take 3 tablets of Metoclopramide and Double dose of Ranitidine
5) 9am - Take one 50ml glass including 25g SN mixed with plain water (prepare 2 glasses at the same time and have the second ready to gulp down in case you vomit)
6) Lie down comfortably on the bed sitting up so you do not fall and make noise if you faint etc. Have a bin nearby in case you vomit. If you do vomit within say 15 minutes immediately gulp down the second glass of SN solution.

Example 2:
ate at 10pm
stayed up until 2am to digest
approximately 7:57 am, 45 minutes before SN — drank 30mg meto
then in 15 min antacid
8:30 first SN glass
then 2 backup glasses

Please offer help pleaaaase

Because some people do a lot of research before doing ctb using sn, they change the time however they want but fasting is important

You can follow the Stan guide in the below link

Make sure your sn is still good by doing aquarium strip test and blood test as 3-4 years is a long time

you need something like meto to stop nausea and vomiting, anti acid is not good in doing that

SN reacts with stomach acid to produce table salt, you want to limit that as much as possible. Its painful having that in your stomach and you want the SN to move to the small intestine and be absorbed into your bloodstream instead of being converted into regular salt.

SOURCE (STAN DISCUSSING ANTACIDS)

the antacid neutralizes your stomach acid temporarily so that conversion doesn't happen

You can see from the list up above that many people took an antacid and went ctb succesfully

Those that didn't often complained of stomach pain

The peaceful pill handbook isn't a reliable source for methods (thats the source that no longer recommends it)

POST BY STAN ABOUT PEACEFUL PILL HANDBOOK AUTHOR NITSCHKE:

"I'm going to say something a bit controversial. Nitschke does a great job at a high level in respect to promoting pro-choice, I have no doubt about it. My problem is when he actually goes into detail about some methods."

tl;dr:

I'm going to make this easy for you:

45 mins before - take 30mg meto

30 min before - take double dose of tagamet

Have backup cups

Don't be interrupted

That's all you need. Good luck.

Your body will convert only sodium nitrate to sodium nitrite not the other way around, sodium nitrite is the one that kill you

Because you want the acid to break down the nitrite for the fast absorption, anti acid will make the process slower
