But it's very common for people to seek help after an attempt particularly if you're worried about potential consequences.
It's not a cry for help, nor do you not really want to do it—no one likes pain and no one wants to suffer.

If you are constantly trying to kill yourself and refuse help from professionals and to help yourself, and EVERY time you attempt, you tell someone.. you are merely wanting attention. Mine is partial hanging, the last time I attempted I was just about to pass out but the rope slipped off the anchor point, so I can't have put it on tight enough! I would pick SN if I had access though, although it could go wrong, but partial hanging could also leave me brain damaged so it's a risk either way, but SN seems more peaceful
I wish I could get my hands on it, though difficult in the UK, especially with welfare checks. I tried a company I found, polius I believe and they refused, because they said they only sell to companies, not individuals.
