I feel the same. But don't be cruel with yourself, this world is a shit.
a lot of times i get dreams (or nightmares? i don't know if i can call them nightmares) that seem eerily real so when i do wake up, i'm confused and my face is always really swollen when i get up, but on the days i don't get dreams then i feel great.
