Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Has anyone else ever experienced their own family (whether immediate or extended or what have you); Give you a bunch of unsolicited advice that all turned out to be complete hogwash?!
I have. I have been told to avoid certain foods for years because of older half siblings who feel the need to ONLY eat a certain way, and then that's all good for themselves but to push that onto me. And the kicker is; the advice is bad. They almost always miss the mark when it comes to their predictions on how it may affect my health! But I have started to realize I may be surrounded by controlling narcissists. Because never do they actually care about how I feel, only about how they feel. And I've unfortunately let them bully me for years passive aggressively without considering that all the hunger, the headaches, the self imposed dietary restrictions; which I did for approval from them.... It was all bullshit!

Can anyone else relate?
